•1 Cup Milk
•1 Whole egg
•1/4 Cup Sourcream
•1 Cup Flour
•1 Tbsp Baking powder
•1/4 tsp Salt
•2 Tbsp Butter (Melted)
•1 Cup Blueberries
1.Combine milk, egg, sour cream in a bowl stir with a whisk until smooth. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and butter. Whisk until smooth. Fold in blueberries.
2.Cook on a hot griddle with melted butter.
