On each of our Burgundy river barge cruises, our guests are treated to some of the finest cuisine offered on the river. We do two lunches off board — one at a Michelin-star restaurant — to get a firsthand look at the local cuisine, with the rest of the meals served by our on-board private chef in our elegant dining area. Our chef takes local flavors and provides a unique twist on them, and serves them paired with wine from the Burgundy region. We consult with a professional sommelier to ensure our pairings are perfect for you! Our menu has included roasted duck breast, charolais beef, and sea scallops, all paired with Burgundy wines perfect for the meal. We pride ourselves in fresh, local ingredients, purchased from local markets.
